1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Sunsbuild website and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Sunsbuild Technologies Limited (HK) and our international clients.

2. Professional Use Only

This website is a B2B platform intended for professional contractors, distributors, and engineering firms. Users must provide accurate corporate information when requesting quotes or technical documentation.

3. Quotations & Contracts

• Information on this site is for marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.
• Formal quotes issued by our sales team are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in raw material (HDPE, Aluminum, Polymers) and shipping costs.
• A contract is only formed upon our written confirmation of a Proforma Invoice (PI).

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including the "Precision Builds" branding, product diagrams, and technical specifications, are the intellectual property of Sunsbuild Technologies Limited and our manufacturing partner, Taurus Group. Unauthorized use for commercial competition is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure our products (e.g., HDPE pavers, tile systems) meet international standards, Sunsbuild is not liable for site-specific engineering failures resulting from incorrect installation or use beyond specified load capacities.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
